Becky Madsen was born in Solvang, California but soon left and was raised on 3 continents, and in several different cultures, by a wandering pastry chef father and an artist mother. Becky inherited her mother Birgit’s creative abilities and is a self taught writer and illustrator currently residing in Petaluma, California with her little dog Leon - who brings her back to the present moment, again and again.Hang Zen, Wisdom For Kids is her third book.
